Hi, I’m Sean.
I’m the founder of Elevate98.
A few years ago, I walked into a Pure Gym, punched in my keycode, and got stuck in the door right in front of someone I recognized from an old gym and about 17 strangers.
At least the doors weren’t entirely made of glass OH WAIT they were.
When I finally escaped the door fiasco I discovered the place was packed. There was no space to train, no structure, no one to help. So, I jumped on a treadmill, thinking I’d at least get something done.
Turns out, their treadmills worked differently. I pressed the wrong button, it didn’t stop, and before I knew it, I got dragged off the back and sent flying on my arse.
I was an ex-pro footballer and a personal trainer.
I should have felt right at home in the gym.
But I didn’t, I felt out of place, awkward, and like I didn’t belong.
So I walked out after 10 minutes, feeling embarrassed and thinking, if I feel this way, how does the everyday person feel?
That moment stuck with me.
Because I’ve always hated the idea of people being left out of things.
The gym should never feel like that, it should be somewhere you belong.

What is Small Group PT?
Our Small Group Personal Training model really is as simple as it sounds. In classes of maximum four, our coaches lead tailored workouts to match all abilities and fitness goals. By limiting the numbers, we can focus on improving your technique, ensuring maximum takeaway from each session.
This also allows our classes to focus on progress and personal goals while still providing the energy and encouragement of training with others. SGPT combines the personalised attention of one-to-one training with the motivation and camaraderie of a group setting.
What level of fitness do I need to join?
Absolutely none! Our Small Group PT sessions cater to all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers. Our coaches tailor exercises to your ability, helping you build strength, fitness, and confidence at your own pace.
Have a question about a specific exercise? Our team are always on hand to assist, whether it’s at a class or outside of the gym.
What if I have an injury or specific fitness goal?
That’s no problem for our team who will work with you to adapt exercises based on any injuries or specific goals you have. It’s something we pride ourselves on, with 100s of members who experience a completely personalised experience at Elevate98.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, training for an event, or simply looking to get stronger, we’ll ensure your training is safe and effective.
Can I fit classes around work?
Absolutely! Elevate98 offers classes from 6am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, plus sessions on both Saturday and Sunday, making it easy to fit training around your schedule.
Whether you need to train before work, during lunch, or in the evening, we provide plenty of options to suit your routine. We understand that life is busy — whether it’s work, childcare, or other commitments — so we keep things flexible to ensure you can stay consistent and get the results you want.

Our membership prices are tiered to ensure there’s an option for everyone, whether you’re looking to train a couple of times a week or commit to a more intensive programme.
