I want to be straight with you about something.
We can’t make force ‘success’.
Whether for you that means losing weight, getting to the gym consistently, running a half marathon, feeling stronger or whatever else we genuinely cannot make that happen.
What I’ve learned from years of coaching is that life gives you windows. Periods where everything aligns and you can really push on. And periods where work is mad, the kids are demanding, something comes up, and just getting through the week is enough.
Most gyms and coaches try to rush the windows. They push you hard for 6 or 8 weeks, you feel amazing, you lose weight, you feel stronger but it’s built on sand, life happens, you miss a week, the guilt kicks in, the unsustainable programme adds to the burnout and the whole thing unravels.
We don’t do that.
What we try to do instead is create the conditions to maintain when life is busy, so that when you do get those windows, you’re ready to push on. No crash. No starting from scratch every few months.
Here is what that actually looks like with us.
As long as you can train once or twice a week, around 6 sessions a month, you are doing absolutely fine. That is the floor. The gym is part of your life, not something you have to structure your life around.
If you have a window and want to train 5 or 7 times a week? Brilliant. We are here for that too.
And in terms of how we coach, we take our lead from you.
Want to tick the box, train hard, and be left alone without tracking calories or filling in endless check-ins? Fine by us.
Going through a stretch where you want a bit more accountability, someone checking in, a clearer structure? We are here for that too.
Your fitness doesn’t and shouldn’t look the same all year round. Good coaches understand that. They work with your life, not against it.
