One of the hardest parts about what we do at Elevate98 is this:
We’re selling vitamins, not paracetamol.
What I mean is… most people say they want to be proactive about their health, but in reality, we’re far more reactive. We wait until something hurts, until the doctor says something, or until our body tells us it’s had enough.
And while I’d love to change that mindset completely, I also get it.
One of my own biggest life goals? To play football with my grandkids at 80. That vision inspires me. But it doesn’t always get me out of bed at 5am to lift weights when it’s cold and wet outside.
That’s where balance comes in. We need those big, inspiring “north star” goals, but we also need smaller, more immediate milestones to keep us going along the way.
And here’s the thing: those milestones don’t have to be the ones you see plastered on social media. You don’t need to run marathons or hit PBs every other week.
Your goals can be as simple as:
- Attending the gym 2x a week for the next 8 weeks
- Hitting an average of 8k steps a day
- Lifting a barbell without back pain
- Putting your phone down for an hour, 3x a week
These are real wins. These are the things that move you forward. And these are exactly the types of goals our coaches celebrate at Elevate98.
Because fitness isn’t about extremes — it’s about building a future you’ll thank yourself for, one small win at a time.
